About Me

My approach to therapy is integrative, client-centered, and deeply collaborative. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and EFT, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. I view therapy as a space not only for healing, but for growth, reflection, and self-understanding — a place to slow down, gain clarity, and make sense of what feels overwhelming or stuck.

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and engaged environment where you feel genuinely seen and heard. I work with clients facing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and persistent patterns that no longer serve them. Our focus is on strengthening inner resources, building practical coping tools, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.

Having made Aliyah as a teenager in 2005 and now raising four children, I understand firsthand the emotional layers of transition, identity, and belonging. These lived experiences inform my work with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating change, uncertainty, and developmental challenges.

I am also especially passionate about supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. As a Certified Lactation Counselor, I bring an added layer of understanding to the complex intersection between emotional well-being and early motherhood. When helpful, I integrate this knowledge into the therapeutic process to provide informed, compassionate support.

I see clients in my private practice in Ra’anana and online via Zoom, working with individuals and families across Israel and internationally. Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it is about helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
